We have the most recent technology for injury and performance assessment to maximise your performance.
Your injury assessment includes an in-depth subjective history, hands-on testing and objective body screening that will involve specific movements required to perform to a high standard in your sport.
This will lead to a discussion about the differential diagnosis. At this stage in the assessment, your clinician will explain what may be causing your symptoms and how this affects your performance and pain. We will then work as a team to provide high-quality physiotherapy, hands-on management and rehabilitation.
This is a service for any sportsperson working towards improving their game. Our experienced physiotherapist works with you to focus on flexibility, strength and balance of major joints and muscle groups tested by isolation and compound movements. We analyse for biomechanical faults that may influence your performance; this will allow you to improve your technique, enhance performance and reduce the likelihood of injury.
From this screening, you will receive a tailored strength and conditioning programme designed for your weaknesses driven to mitigate the risk of injury and maximise performance.
Strength & Conditioning Programming
Strength and conditioning is the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality. We use these skills to create programmes and training sessions to move you ahead of the competition. This will include: mobility/flexibility work, strength training, power training, speed and agility training, all based on what we find in your screening and your personal performance goals.
A fitness coach in your corner. We create a customised plan that works for your body and adjusts with your schedule. Whatever equipment you have available, from a state-of-the-art gym to nothing but a pair of trainers, we can offer the peace of mind that you’re doing the right things to get the best results.
