Radial Tunnel Syndrome Early Exercise Programme

We recommend consulting a musculoskeletal physiotherapist to ensure exercises are best suited to your recovery. If you are carrying out an exercise regime without consulting a healthcare professional, you do so at your own risk. If you have any concerns whilst completing these exercises, please contact a healthcare professional.

More Plans

Intermediate Exercise plan

The intermediate plan is the next progression of the basic plan and the focus changes to firmer stretches for the forearm and wrist to improve nerve, tendon and muscle flexibility/mobility. It also places more emphasis on strengthening the forearm and wrist muscles (especially those that rotate the forearm) using relatively little equipment, such as a resistance band or a weight. This should not exceed more than 4/10 on your perceived pain scale.

It comprises of more challenging and complex exercises which will load the affected structures in the forearm and wrist more to build muscle strength and improve resilience. This should not exceed more than 4/10 on your perceived pain scale.
