These are more intermediate exercises, often using strengthening exercises across different joints to promote more global improvements in range of motion and strength. These exercises can be performed once a day.
These final exercises are more global and dynamic, often using multiple joints to develop more global strength and conditioning. As these are more physically demanding, these exercises can be performed three to four times per week, like a gym programme.
