This is the next progression. More focus is given to progressing the movement-based exercises, as well as beginning to strengthen the muscles that connect the lumbar spine and pelvis.
This programme is a further progression with challenging progressive strengthening of muscles that assist in bending and straightening of the low back, and stabilisation of the pelvis.
