What to expect at your appointment
Welcome to Great Yarmouth Physiotherapy! Before your appointment, we recommend wearing clothing that allows our physiotherapist to assess your condition easily (e.g., shorts if your appointment is for your knee or ankle).
Upon arrival, you may be greeted by a member of our team at the reception desk. If you have an appointment, please provide your name at the desk and then relax in our waiting area until your physiotherapist invites you to one of our clinic rooms.
If no one is present at reception when you arrive, it means our clinician is likely busy with another client. In that case, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area until a clinician is available. If you need assistance, ring the bell, and we will attend to you as soon as possible.
