Business Award Finalist

Pure Physiotherapy Selected as Education in Business Award Finalist

Pure Physiotherapy, a national provider of private physiotherapy and first contact practitioners, are proud to have been selected as finalists for the Education in Business Award as part of the Norfolk Business Awards 2021. They aim to ensure their staff have the opportunity to grow in their knowledge of physiotherapy.

Pure Physiotherapy is committed to the founding principles of sustainable quality in the delivery of nationwide physiotherapy and healthcare. In order to achieve these goals, they recognise that investment in our team is crucial.

Pure does not just focus on training their clinical staff but has also taken on (and continues to support) apprenticeships within business administration and customer services from local colleges. Many of their apprenticeship candidates have gone on to work with Pure Physiotherapy for many years, developing further and moving into leadership positions. They believe in, and feel a responsibility towards, developing and training not only their own staff but people looking to join the profession of physiotherapy.

Sharing knowledge is a core part of the company’s belief. Their founder, Phin Robinson, commented, “as a company we are dedicated in supporting our staff and ensure they are up to date with all practices so our physiotherapists can offer the best physiotherapy treatment to patients in our Norwich (and nationwide) clinics. Ensuring our physios have the support they need to better their understanding and knowledge in such an evolving field is something that is very important to us”.

As the business has grown and progressed, Pure has also had to invest in its managerial level positions. The company is incredibly supportive in allowing staff to get involved in parts of the business that interest them and develop their roles internally. Having this internal support in return helps with the company’s growth and functionality.

Pure Physiotherapy was founded in 2006, delivering quality, research-led care with compassion. They are proud to have developed a service that has stayed true to our ethics and principles as well as continuously developing and positively impacting the communities they work in. Their growing team of 140+ members delivers care to over 16,000 people per month across the nation whilst providing continual development and education opportunities.

The Norfolk Business Awards is a night to celebrate and recognise the achievements within a small community. It’s great for Norfolk companies to be acknowledged for the work they do and the impact they have on the community and this award showcases that.
