Our initial physiotherapy assessment is £45 with follow-up appointments costing £40. Your physio will give you an indication at your assessment how many sessions they think you will need to treat your condition.

Many issues can be self-managed at home, so we will never prescribe unnecessary sessions, only what is needed to help you to get better.

Andrew Macharia, Physiotherapist

Qualifications: BSc Physiotherapy, sports massage

Pursuing a career as a physiotherapist has been Andrew’s most important desire, especially specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation for both athletes and the general population. On a more personal level, Andrew is highly motivated in maintaining his own fitness, partaking in various competitive and non-competitive activities such as football, cycling and going to the gym. He has undergone invasive surgery setting him back on his football path, however over the years has managed to return back to competitive sports with no issues. As a result of his own experiences with injury and rehabilitation, Andrew can provide a better understanding when helping his patients.

Jordan Tunnicliffe, Physiotherapist

Jordan is interested in all aspects of health and wellbeing with a holistic outlook, incorporating mental health, nutrition and exercise. He enjoys working with a wide range of individuals from those who are participating in challenging sports, to those who require lifestyle adaptations to fit their daily life.

His background includes working as a personal trainer, working as a sports massage therapist and physiotherapist. Through these experiences, Jordan has worked with varying body types and abilities allowing him to be adaptable when working with all ages and abilities whilst considering conditions which affect health.

Jordan’s approach to physiotherapy is to educate patients about their condition and how this can be influenced both physically and mentally, using exercise to make physiological changes, as well as understanding the science behind pain and pain management.

Within his work in sport, Jordan has provided help and assistance to boxers with their maintenance and recovery to ensure the prevention and appropriate management of injuries. He has also instructed bootcamps and group fitness which has given me an adaptable style of coaching exercise with the utilisation of minimal equipment.

Amina Majeed, Physiotherapist

After completing her physiotherapy degree, Amina worked in private clinics in Pakistan as a sports physiotherapist.

Amina has completed her Masters Degree in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice and has worked in private clinics ever since. She become a physiotherapist after being inspired by her grandfather. He had to learn to walk again after significant knee injuries. This inspired her passion for treating knee injuries, particularly acute sports knee injuries.
