This programme focuses on maintaining a range of movement within the spine and maintenance of lower limb strength and stability. We suggest you carry this out once a day for approximately 2-6 weeks as pain allows.
The focus at this stage is a slight progression of the exercises looking to maintain basic mobility of the spine and to gradually increase strength and stability.
