Physiotherapy appointments are between 20-60 minutes depending on the appointment type; the admin team can confirm this at the time of booking.
We aim to accommodate patients as soon as possible, however, popular times can book up quickly. If you are flexible on timings, we can often find an appointment within a few days. Take a look at our online bookings for live availability.

Directions
From the high street – turn right onto Norwich Road at Argos, then turn right at the traffic lights onto Commercial Road. Orchard Surgery/PurePhysiotherapy is on your right.
From Wellington Road – turn onto Cowper Road, at the lights continue straight onto Commercial Road. Orchard Surgery/PurePhysiotherapy is on your right.
From Norwich Road – continue onto Norwich Street, turn left onto Commercial Road. Orchard Surgery/PurePhysiotherapy is on your right.
Please note, Commercial Road is a one-way street.
Parking
Orchard Surgery normally has plenty of free parking. However, if you attend in a busy period you can take the next right turn into the shopping centre parking and for 2 hours of free parking.
