What can the physios at the Norwich clinic treat?

Our team of qualified physiotherapists are very experienced in all MSK conditions. We regularly help patients with sore muscles and joints such as backs, knees, elbows, ankles and hips. We can also help with more complex conditions such as sciatica, repetitive strain disorder, post surgery pain and many others.


How much is an appointment?

Our initial physiotherapy assessment is £43.50 with follow-up appointments costing £37.50. Your physio will give you an indication at your assessment how many sessions they think you will need to treat your condition.

Many issues can be self-managed at home, so we will never prescribe unnecessary sessions, only what is needed to help you to get better.

Physiotherapy appointments are between 20-60 minutes depending on the appointment type; the admin team can confirm this at the time of booking.

Getting Here via Car

Car – A11
At the Thickthorn interchange, head for Norwich City Centre/Newmarket Road, carry on straight over the next roundabout. Turn left on to Unthank Road and carry on going straight until you reach the roundabout at the top of Unthank Road. Take the first exit onto Earlham Road. Then, turn right on to Heigham Road. At the traffic lights go straight over and then take the first left onto West End Street. Take the first right turn and you will have reached Adelaide Street; the Pure Physiotherapy clinic will be on your right-hand side. Parking on this road is unrestricted.

Car – A146
Continue straight on into Norwich and follow the signs for County Hall, taking a right at the Trowse traffic lights. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bracondale/A147. Continue straight over (both second exit) at the next two roundabouts that you come to. Then, continue down Grapes Hill and move into the far-left lane to go left at the traffic lights. Continue on Dereham Road until you reach the traffic lights and get in the right-hand lane. Once you’ve turned on to Old Palace Road, take the first left onto West End Street and then turn right on to Adelaide Street the Pure Physiotherapy clinic will be on your right-hand side. Parking on this road is unrestricted.


Getting Here via Public Transport

From Norwich train station, the walk is 30-35 minutes via Prince of Wales Road, the city centre then Dereham Road. Cycling will take about 15 mins or see the bus options below.

From Norwich bus station, make your way to Rampant Horse Street which is an 8–10-minute walk. You can take the 21, 23 or 24A bus and there will be one departing every 3 minutes or so. The average duration of the bus journey is 14 minutes. You will need to disembark the bus at the Adelaide Street stop just before the pedestrian crossing. Once off the bus, use the crossing to get to the other side of the road, walk up Adelaide Street to our Pure Physiotherapy clinic. The walk from the Bus Station to the clinic takes approximately 25-30 minutes if your preference is to walk the journey.
